You should own your website. Not rent it.

Most website builders keep your site on their platform. Stop paying and it is gone there is nothing to take with you. We build yours from standard parts, hand you the whole thing, and you can move it anywhere, any time. Or stay with us. Your call.

What it is

It is built from parts

Think Lego. A heading, a gallery, a menu, a contact form — each is a separate piece. We use the pieces your business actually needs and leave the rest in the box.

The parts fit together

Take one out and the rest still stand. Add one next year without rebuilding what is already there, and nothing you add breaks something you already had.

And you keep the box

The pieces are yours. Move them to another host, hand them to another designer, or stay with us — it is the same set of parts either way.

Four ways to get one

Build it here, in the browser

Open the builder, pick your parts, put them in order, and watch the result as you go. Nothing to install, no account, and no cost.

Download it and do it yourself

Take the files and work on them in whatever you already use. There is nothing to install and nothing to compile.

Let an AI build it for you

Point an AI coding assistant at the project and describe what you want. It builds to a fixed set of rules, so it does not wander off.

Or pay us to do the lot

$500 once, we build the whole thing, and we hand you the finished files. The first year of hosting is on us.

Have us build it

$500

  • Your whole site, built and tested
  • The finished files are yours, permanently
  • First year of hosting and management free
  • Then $79/month — or move it to any host you like
  • No contract, and nothing to cancel

Or just the hosting

$79/mo

  • Entirely optional — the site works without us
  • First year free when we build it
  • Or $748 a year, which is two months free
  • We keep it online, updated and answered
  • Cancel whenever you like

Reasonable questions

I am not technical. Is that a problem?
No. If we build it, you get one simple screen for changing words, colours and photos — no code, and nothing you can break. If you would rather do it yourself, that is free, and we will point you at the two or three things worth knowing.
Why would I pay monthly if I own the site?
You do not have to. Hosting and management is optional. It covers keeping the site online, updates, and a person to call when something needs changing. Take the files somewhere else and stop paying whenever you like.
How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?
With those, your site lives inside their platform — that is what the monthly fee is renting. Here it is a set of files you hold. It is also why this page appears in a fraction of a second: there is no platform running behind it.
What happens if I want to leave?
You take the files and go. Any host will run them. We would rather earn the $79 a month than hold your website hostage for it.
Will a new website actually get me customers?
Usually not on its own. If you are a local business, most of your visitors come from Google Maps and your Google Business Profile, not from the website. A good site supports that — it repeats your address and hours exactly, and catches the searches Maps cannot serve. If your profile is out of date, fixing that may matter more than the site, and we will tell you so on the call.

Build it once. Own it forever.

Book a short call and we will tell you straight whether you need a new site, and what it would cost. Or build one yourself for nothing. Both are real options.
